• If work has commenced, cancellation charges will apply based on work completed and costs incurred

• We may terminate a contract if you breach these terms or fail to make payments as agreed
• We will provide reasonable notice before terminating for non-payment

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All work is guaranteed for a period specified in your contract (typically 12 months from completion)
• Warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties
• Any warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing

8. Liability
